Mr Studeny

I am very sorry to write this but I think you show the lack of clarity in thinking common amonst many dancers and you readily swallow what you are fed.

In a previous post you were so grateful to CADA because they gave you protection.

Protection against who?

The only people who threaten you are the IDSF and do not expect CADA to protect you against them.

You are so grateful for the CADA/CDF co-operation but you have only to read the many threads on this forum threads like judging at the Canadian closed  and teachers not marking couples who go elsewhere  tto realise what this co-operation has brought you.

It would seem you believe the BDFI Congress has come about in supprt of CADA policies.  The BDFI believe in dancers having freedom to make their own choices something to which CADA/ DF are bitterly opposed.  Of 16 BDFI officers only 8 are registered IDSF adjudicators. Onr of those deeply involved with IPDSC.

I wish people like you would stop talking negative things about our system.

People organize such great things and all you have to state is that out of 16 members only 8 are IDSF. I dont think many people care. They are great teachers and they come to Toronto. WHen have you done something like that.

Mr Studeny

I can understand that since you are at the top of the pile the system works in your favour and suits you and you want the dirt swept under the carpet but is that correct?  You think Yes and I thinkl No.  I think you should be more concerned about those lower down.

You ask "who cares"?  Well you and many others should care and until you do start to care the tragedy will continue.

Snowwhite

Careful Snowwhite, by being rude you will not attract the prince to give you the required kiss so that you would wake up.

Is it in your Snowwhite sleep that you dreamed Kamil asked "who cares"?  Where has he asked it ? What is it which you are  labeling " tragedy",  or is it a bit of a Snowwhite  pathos.  Is your choice of words the best when you write "on top of the pile "?   Or  is it you still have an old style  carpet,  since you know so much about house cleaning  by sweeping dirt under it ?

So while you think Yes  and I think NO, remember, live and let live.  And lighten up, life is short...be nice .Do  not insult the rest of dthe ancers by saying they lack clarity of thinking,  and your Prince may come.

Dancers see what is going on,  things are the way they are and unfortunately no one has come with any smart ideas, while others with 2 Ws are blisfully asleep having nightmares

Remember, just as Snowwhite has 2 Ws,  so may Kamil have  have 2 Ss. Make no shortcuts, show a well deserved respect  when addressing  Champion.

Re-Crystal Leaf

If you do not support a competition which attracts dancers from far away places, if you do not recognize the effort by the organizer who invited very good quality judges,  then you are shooting yourself in the foot  and you deserve what you are getting.

No competition will ever be perfect,  but some will be more perfect than others,  and Crystal Leaf is just such a competition.

Do it.

Sunshine,

I don't think Snowwhite was rude, and Kamils has only one "s". Also here is a quote from Kamils " I dont think many people care ", hens, "who cares?".

I think Snowwhite is right, amateurs should care. Only in Canada do we live in these conditions. A free country? I don't think so!

Besides, I think you're the one being rude. Snowwhite, on the other hand is being realistic. Lighten up? Are you kidding me? We are being taken advantage of left and right, and you want Snowwhite to lighten up?

However, Kamils is also right that a competition is a competition. If you really want to make a point, boycott an association or teachers. But once, as a competitor, you have decided to compete, then you’ve got to compete.

Obviously  you ain't a Funkindagirl, just a passive follower a kind of a female fan. Probably a boy.

Kamil Studenny & Kateryna Trubina  is  the proper name spelling of the Canadian Adult Latin Champions.

To use  Snowwhite words,  (and you thought she was right):   I think Yes, you think No.  You think I am rude  and know  Kamil has just one S,   I may  feel you are interfering and barging on a conversations you were not invited to,  while proclaiming knowing something while having no idea showing  your ignorance.  But who cares.

This was about Crystal Leaf and you have decided to talk about Kamil  and support Snowwhite that our dancers lack clarity of thinking.

So what is your angle on Crystal Leaf ?

Wasn't  it   Fankindofgirl ? How does it go about the Leopard's spots ?

1.You may feel I'm barging in, but I may feel that this is a public forum. If you want to have a private conversation you can always message a user!

2.I have stated my views on Crystal Leaf, read my post again.

3.Funkindagirl? A follower? A boy? Really? That's all you got? I don't think I'll dignify those with an answer. Besides in my view, you are the ignorant one, so let's just agree to disagree.

Kamil I am sure you will be marked as well at the Crystal as you were in Halifax. But if you look at the panel you will see that at the Crystal the adjudicators are people who have been competitors (like yourself). We can respect their judgement. That wasn't the case in Halifax. The Crystal is putting on a proper IDSF competition. Everyone seems to be giiving them credit for that. I know you're not going to complain about the results in Halifax. But if your going to keep on saying no one should make negative remarks about CADA (which includes the mess they approved for a judging panel in Halifax) wouldn't it be better not to use your name. Doesn't it seem you want to stay in with the new CADA/CDF group who are ruining what had previously been good competitions? The people who do say the truth can't use their names or they know what will happen to their marks.
