Forums reorganization

As you might have noticed, the forums have been reorganized a little to better suit your usage patterns and to address the most welcome recent increased forum activity.

The open forums have been grouped into three groups:
- Local Topics group contains those forums which relate to a specific geographical area
- Global Topics group contains those forums which are of everyone's interest. The topics here must be English language.
- Dance Sport Info website related topics contain forums which concern the website itself  (for example, this forum)

There were new forums created (their names are self-explanatory), and the Looking for Partner forum was removed due to its redundancy with our partner wanted service. Note that this absolutely does not mean that you can not post your partner wanted ads - it is still available for free, simply the partner wanted section offers a much better facility to do that.

We are sure you can find this new structure more usable.
